How Exercise Extends Life and Health

Exercise has long been promoted as a means to achieve a healthier live. Regular exercise is paramount to weight control, managing fatigue, and discouraging disease. I thought I would make a space to bring together many of the point-specific ways that exercise promotes longevity, anti-aging, and many years of healthy living.

A 30-minute job, a 30-minute aerobic weight routine, a 30-min exercise video, what ever it takes.
